Ovli software terms.

These terms apply when you download, install, or use Ovli.

License

Ovli is proprietary software. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Ovli for lawful personal or business purposes. Ovli is licensed, not sold, and no ownership of the software or source code is transferred to you.

Ovli may offer features or plans at no charge, through a one-time purchase, or as a subscription. Any applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and included features will be disclosed before purchase. Ovli will not charge you without your affirmative authorization.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or offer Ovli as part of another product or service. You may not bypass its security or distribution controls, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity despite this restriction. You may not use Ovli to violate the law or another person's rights.

Third-party websites and applications

Ovli can display websites and work with applications that we do not own or control. Their content, accounts, availability, terms, and privacy practices remain the responsibility of their providers. Ovli does not grant you rights to third-party content.

Windows access and compatibility

Some overlay features request elevated Windows access so they can work with applications or games running at the same integrity level. Windows presents and controls that consent. You may decline it, but the affected functionality may be unavailable. Games, anti-cheat systems, websites, and Windows updates can change independently, so compatibility is not guaranteed for every target.

Updates and availability

The Microsoft Store may deliver Ovli updates. An update can add, change, or remove functionality when needed for security, compatibility, or product development. We may suspend or discontinue Ovli, but these terms do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by law, Ovli is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every application, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or business opportunities arising from Ovli or third-party content. This limitation does not apply where applicable law does not permit it.

Ending this license

You may stop using and uninstall Ovli at any time. This license ends if you materially breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
